Security

All our services are supervised by a certified tax advisor who is covered by obligatory civil insurance for damages caused as a tax advisor while performing services.

 

Confidentiality

To protect our clients’ interest each person involved in our projects is obliged to sign Confidentiality Clause which forbids disclosing to third parties any kind of information and documentation which were within their disposal while carrying out projects in Taxoffice24.

 

Professional approach

Over more than ten years of experience, no kind of above mentioned damage occurred as a consequence of Iwona Lulkiewicz’s professional activity as a tax advisor. Moreover, transfer pricing documentation prepared by Taxoffice24 have been accepted by tax authorities during tax controls and inspections. Both documentation and justification of market character of transactions, so called comparative analysis, were accepted.

 

Clarity of communication

We want our communication with clients to be as effective and clear as possible. Our tax advice and documents should be easily understandable, precise, unambiguous and useful for a company. What we want to do is to provide the best comprehensive solutions from the point of view of legal requirements as well as judicial interpretation and present them in a clear way to our clients.

We are convinced that the basis of effective cooperation are good relations with our clients as well as within our working team. At each stage of our projects we focus on maintening a positive atmosphere of cooperation with company representatives. We believe that thanks to mutual understanding, trust and a clear information flow, better results can be achieved.

 

Communication

The portfolio of our clients consists of companies from Poznan and its surroundings, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Szczecin. Normally, the standard way of communication is by e-mail or telephone. When it is necessary or due to our client’s wish, we pay a visit in a company’s headquarters. Nevertheless, we tend to do as much work as possible in our office, having in mind that frequent visits may disturb the normal pace of company works.

 

Working hours

We normally work from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (phone 533 074 148). Additionally, a tax consultant is at your disposal from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. (tel. 668 074 147). For regular clients, we offer express realization mode, even if weekend and late hour working is required.

 

Fees

Exemplary ways of service settlement are as follows:

  • Transfer pricing – price is based on the number of transfer pricing documentation included in the project
  • Hot line – due to the time rate (the higher month limit, the lower fee is charged, unused hours are transferred to next periods which means they will not expire until the contract is over)
  • Tax opinions – individual fee depending on kind of opinion (number of hours needed to issue an opinion multiplied by an hourly rate)
  • Tax audit – due to its extent
  • Individual representation  - based on success fee and hourly rate
